netting, or similar fabric, to drape around the perimeter. l keep
searching and all l can find is either those circular ones that you hang
above a bed or whole outdoor-netted-gazebo-kit-tent-things. l just need
panels of the material, like a large bed sheet, to drape around. l want it
to be soft, breezy, transparent, and white. Does anyone know where l can
find this?

I would suggest using tulle. It is about the same thing as

mosquito netting. It is very classy and would make a good effect. Tulle

Tulle and mosquito netting are basically the same thing. You
